A few house rules,
so everyone relaxes.
The simple rules that keep our home beautiful and your stay easy. They form part of your stay agreement.
Arrival & departure
- Check-in is from 14:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
- Check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge.
- Access instructions are shared only once guest verification is complete and the stay is marked ready for check-in.
Occupancy
- Only the guests declared on the booking may stay overnight. The maximum occupancy stated for the property may not be exceeded.
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors.
- Visitors are permitted by prior arrangement only and must leave by the start of quiet hours.
Respecting the home & neighbours
- Quiet hours are 22:00 to 07:00. Please be considerate of neighbours at all times — this is a residential area.
- No parties, events or commercial functions without our prior written consent.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke outside and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Pets are only allowed by prior written arrangement.
- Please treat the home, its furnishings and its contents with care and leave it reasonably tidy on departure.
Safety & security
- Lock all doors and windows and arm any security system when you leave the property.
- Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your booking.
- Report any breakage, fault or maintenance issue to us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
