These Terms of Service govern your use of The Bowtie Collective website and your booking of accommodation offered through it. By making a booking you agree to these terms together with the House Rules, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Security Deposit terms, Risk Acknowledgement and Privacy Notice.

• A booking is a request until confirmed by us and paid. Prices are in South African Rand and include amounts shown at checkout.
• You must provide accurate information and complete guest verification before access details are issued.
• We may cancel a booking for breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or misrepresentation, subject to the refund terms and applicable law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
